    How are the lamps made?

    Each lamp is handmade using layered resin, detailed miniature scenery, and an LED light base to create the glowing blue beam effect. The process includes placing the scene, pouring resin, curing, sanding, polishing, and preparing the lamp for shipment.

    Because every piece is made by hand, small variations in resin texture, scenery placement, color, or finish may occur. That’s part of what makes each lamp unique.

    Do the lamps produce an animated effect like the videos?

    The lamp gives off a steady blue glow when turned on. 

    Some videos may show cinematic lighting, close-ups, or creative effects to show the product in a more dramatic way, but the real lamp itself does not move or animate.

    Does it come with a power cord and light?

    Yes, each lamp comes ready to use with an LED light source and power cable included.

    If your lamp includes a remote control, batteries may not be included due to shipping/customs restrictions. You may need to purchase batteries separately.

      Due to the high viral demand and the meticulous handcrafted nature of our products, our current production queue is extended. To maintain our quality standards, the following mandatory timelines apply to all current orders:


      • Processing & Creative Design: 3–5 business days.


      • Handcrafted Production & Drying Phase: Up to 15 business days.


      • International Shipping & Logistics: 8–12 business days.

      Total Delivery Window: By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to a total delivery window of up to 30–35 business days. Given the current volume of orders, we do not guarantee “expedited” delivery. A delay within this 35-business-day window is a standard part of our artisanal process and does not constitute a breach of contract or a valid reason for a refund or chargeback.

      We use high-end digital technology and AI-assisted creative previews to showcase the artistic potential and aesthetic details of our products on the Site.       ORDER CANCELLATIONS

      Once an order is placed, it enters our automated processing system.


      • Cancellations: Permitted only within the first 12 hours of purchase.


      • After 12 hours, the item enters the “Production & Drying Phase,” costs are incurred, and the order cannot be canceled. Customers must wait to receive the item and then follow our Return Policy.
